![]() Dredge may need to position closer to his healer(s) and tank(s) to make himself more difficult to flank. From the start, have a loadout ready with abilities that can best keep him alive long enough to kill a flanker. If the enemy has a flanker or two in their comp, they demand his respect at all times. His projectiles also arc and don't immediately detonate, so he can position himself by cover and doesn't always necessarily have to have direct LOS on what he's spamming at.įLANKERS - One of Dredge's biggest weaknesses due to his lack of close-range options. ![]() Further back, but not too far from his team. POSITIONING - Dredge has no close-range combat capabilities whatsoever, so he shouldn't be in the frontline. His lowest winrates are on Serpent Beach, Timber Mill and by far the worst, Fish Market. Dredge zones out areas with his projectiles, and therefore, maps which give enemies room to play around him are less ideal.Īccording to The Better Meta's stats, in GM, he has a >50% winrate in Brightmarsh, Jaguar Falls and Splitstone Quarry. MAPS - Dredge favor smaller maps with narrow chokes, enclosed areas, and not too much high ground. Cards that supply him health and ammo can be good filler cards. His Harpoon builds aren't meta.ĬARDS - Heave Away, Dark Bargain, and Hangman's Ire are among his commonly used cards. ![]() TALENT - I haven't analyzed a lot of Dredge play personally, but the GM players I've seen have used Scuttle.
